TRACKEDS 1.1 - BERLIN

The project is about research of different dynamics of movement and topographical structures in the town. Videos, photos sounds and a motion tracking application bring different points of view and awareness of existing models of dynamic structures. The project is site specific, It’s an observation of the historically symbolic location of Berlin - Checkpoint Charlie. “For this project we wrote a special software application to trace people and objects in the street We are analyzing the process of how to construct a visual work, in bi-dimensional space with different layers. Every layer is a different application. It communicates different information. We use commands and mathematical equations to analyze the moving subjects and to produce a dynamic drawing that emphasize the perception of time and space related to this particular place”.
